Print media has been a form of mass media longer than any other kind, and its affect on us is as strong as ever. These days, with accelerating technology in other media, print often gets overlooked in relation to its effect on younger viewers.

 

There has been some attention in the past to advertisements for cigarettes and their negative influences, however it seems that people are reluctant to come to the same conclusions about sexually explicit and provocative images used to sell all kinds of products in magazine ads and billboards.
